Returns and Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.

We do offer exchanges on eligible items within fourteen days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and labels intact. To initiate an exchange, please email info@felicianoswim.co with your order number in the subject line and we will provide a prepaid return label.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@felicianoswim.co with your order number and a photo of the item. Damaged orders are handled on a case by case basis and we will work with you to make it right.
